These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SolvixCRM website and platform, operated by Saksham Tech Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
SolvixCRM is a business operating platform that includes CRM, WhatsApp, email, calls, projects, invoicing, automation, and related modules. Features available to you depend on the plan you purchase (Yearly, Lifetime, or Custom).
2. Plans, payments & ownership
- Yearly Plan: billed annually; access continues for the paid term.
- Lifetime Plan: a one-time license fee grants ongoing use of the software.
- Hosting: optional managed hosting is billed separately (₹2,999/year).
- All fees are payable in advance. Taxes may apply. Payments are processed by third-party gateways.
3. Refunds
Because SolvixCRM is a digital software product delivered with onboarding and setup, fees are generally non-refundable once access and implementation have begun, except where required by applicable law. Please contact us with any billing concerns.
4. Acceptable use
- You will comply with all applicable laws, including messaging, marketing, and data-protection regulations.
- You will use the Official WhatsApp Business API and other integrations in accordance with their providers' policies.
- You will not use the platform to send spam, unlawful, or abusive content.
5. Your data & responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload and the consent you obtain from your own customers. You retain ownership of your data; self-hosted deployments give you full control of your environment.
6. Availability & support
We aim for 99.9% uptime and provide support per your plan. Scheduled maintenance and factors beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
7. Intellectual property
SolvixCRM, its software, branding, and content are owned by Saksham Tech Solutions. Your license grants the right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is". Results vary by business, effort, and market; figures and testimonials shown on our website are illustrative and not a guarantee of income or specific outcomes. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Google LLC.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time; certain provisions survive termination.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
